Yes. I have a Texas "Be A Blood Donor" license plate (extra $30 a year, but $22 goes out to grants to nonprofit blood banks in the state of Texas to do promotional activities; the other $8 goes to the Texas DMV and the Texas Department of Health to administer the program). I paid an extra $40 to get my blood type ("A*POS" where the asterisk is replaced with the outline of the State of Texas) on the plates. The only blood types not taken, as of the last time I looked, are B POS, AB POS, and AB NEG. I wonder how many people have gotten behind me and tried to figure out the personalization; my BFF's stepdad saw the plates and figured it out immediately.

It's personalized, as in, no one else has my number/letter combo on their license plate. I didn't even need to pay extra for that feature.
